Important Information

Each work is specially hand-made by an intricate casting process. Please embrace any surface blemishes or colour variations resulting from this, as it is what makes each piece different and unique.

Delivery

£5 delivery charge applies to every tile order. £10 delivery charge applies to every bowl order. All orders will be sent by a standard Royal Mail recorded delivery service.

Each piece is made to order and takes a long time to be made. This is to avoid any waste.  Please allow up to 6 weeks for each work to be made once the order has been accepted. I will get in touch if this timescale is likely to change. 

Returns

Since each piece is made to order, I am unable to accept returns unless an item is faulty.

Privacy

I will hold any personal information you provide me for the purpose of contacting you in relation to orders and future releases only. If you do not wish for me to hold your information or contact you in the future, please let me know.

Care Notes

Please avoid putting liquid or anything prone to getting soggy on or in the bowls.

If dusty, please wipe down your piece using a dry, lint-free cloth.

Every piece is sealed with wax, but over time the metallic surface may tarnish. Made from real metals, this is a natural quality of the material. Just like jewellery or other metal objects you can polish using a metal polish, such as Brasso. If you need more assistance with this feel free to drop me an email.
